Typography Silkscreen of Bring Me The Horizon Lyrics on Dip-Dyed Calico
Responding to my critique No. 3:
drawing/painting an image of the memory related to the lyric (in this case a crying eye because Bring me the Horizon’s “it never ends” is song i like to listen to when I’m upset and angry) then edited in photoshop where i could type with a font i like more than my handwriting.
Response to critique No. 2:
Another response from my critique on friday again using an image of my memory related with a song (this time its Bring Me The Horizon’s “Chelsea Smile” because I once got punched in the face at one of their gigs which is why I chose to draw a fist). I also edited this one in photoshop because I don’t like my handwriting.
Responding to feedback from my critique:
drawing/painting an image of the memory related to the lyric (in this case an image of a shoulder because while at A Day To Remember’s gig while they sang “If it Means a lot to You” i had to help put my friends shoulder back into its socket) and then fit the lyrics around the shape of the drawing which i did first in my sketchbook and then edited in photoshop where i could type with a font i like more than my handwriting.
